Our Customer: The company is a leading provider of Advanced Telematics, prediction and Vehicle Health Management solutions for the Automotive market, is seeking to bring on board a Senior Data Scientist.

Your tasks:

• Research, explore and apply novel approaches for anomaly detection, meta-learning, representation learning, evaluation methods, inference and predictions on large scale and complex time series data;
• Conduct independent research which includes problem definition, research plan, experimental design, algorithm development, code implementation and robust comparison to available benchmarks;
• Articulate your research to technical and non-technical audience;
• Convert research outcomes to product, collaborating with ML engineers;
• Write scientific papers and patents.

Required experience and skills:

• Advanced degree in computer science, physics, math, electrical engineering or similar (MSc or PhD);
• 3+ years of proven experience in the data science domain (time spent as part of the PhD or post-doctoral counts as well);
• Great coding skills in Python and relevant libraries;
• Very good knowledge in machine learning theory and implementation;
• Very good knowledge in deep learning theory and implementation (Pytorch\Tensorflow);
• Good knowledge in statistics (e.g. hypothesis testing).
